NBI is a merger and acquisition advisor based in Massachusetts. John Hallal formed NBI in 2004 to combine in one service all of the key aspects of a sale or purchase of a business. These include financial advisory, negotiations, due diligence, and legal guidance. For over 10 years, NBI has deployed its broad expertise in numerous middle market transactions.

John Hallal

Since 2004, through Network Blue, John has advised companies on traditional and alternative financing options, recapitalizations and restructurings, and divestitures. As an Adjunct Professor at Babson College F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, John teaches Mergers & Acquisitions for Entrepreneurs. John also serves as a mentor in Babson’s Venture Accelerator Program, advising businesses on operation plans, sales and marketing, strategic alliances and fundraising. John gained substantial experience in law from 1991-2003 when he practiced in Boston as an associate and then a partner. From 2003 to January 2005, John served as Vice President of Rehab Medical, Inc. He is a member of Boston Harbor Angels and an active angel investor. He has invested and taken advisory or board roles in many early-stage companies. John is a graduate of Bucknell University  and Boston College Law School. John is on the fundraising committee for the Lawrence, Massachusetts Boys & Girls Club and is an active volunteer for St. Mary’s Church of the Assumption.
